The music is composed/improvised/performed live on a Moog Matriarch synthesizer. Utilising its front panel controls, keyboard and sequencer/arpeggiator.

Filtering, balancing levels, exciting delay feedback ++. The pitches form the background, the rest of the instrument is the composition.

Interplay of quasi-duality. Harmonics interacting thru gain staging, modulation and keyboard allocation.
Notes are relevant, but harmonics are the defining feature. Texture is simply electrons in motion, I wonder if that is what I'm feeling.

Playing with subtelties within the headroom of the mixer is crucial for the development of sound. Feedback, feedback modulation and various forms of clipping becomes the body of the instrument.

Fascinating how different instruments approach randomness differently. Patterns emerge. What feels unpredictable one moment might not the next; eventually, the chaotic just becomes the new normal.

Chasing beautiful sounds. How long do I let i ring before I act? This is mind-body interaction, I am the soft clipper, the ceiling is me.

Simply exploring how the instrument handles multiple keyboard notes. So many variables interacting, feels much more complex to perform than it sounds.
